Insurance position
Specific insurance arrangements and any applicable limits, exclusions or excesses must be confirmed in the written agreement and current policy wording. The Selling Butler does not use this website to promise cover that may not apply to a particular item or cause of loss.
Liability
Liability depends on the facts and applicable law. Nothing in the service terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
