We accept suitable genuine items that are safe, legal to sell and normally expected to achieve at least £40. We decline low-value, unsafe, locked, counterfeit or excessively damaged items.
Who deals with buyer messages and offers?
We do. Buyer questions, sensible offers, packing and tracked dispatch are all part of the managed service.
How do I know what the item sold for?
You receive a sale update and proof of the sold price. Your agreed percentage is calculated from net item proceeds after any unavoidable marketplace seller fees.
Is there a minimum collection value?
Yes. The service is currently for suitable groups of items with an estimated combined resale value above £400. Collections at £400 or less are declined so the time and likely return remain commercially sensible.
Do I need to send photos immediately?
No. First describe what you have, including brands or models, approximate quantity, condition and your area. If it appears suitable, Gavin will ask for the specific photographs needed for the next assessment.
