The Selling Butler manages resale for selected higher-value devices. We record identifiers, photograph the item and accessories, describe testing honestly and research the current second-hand market rather than relying on the original retail price.
Before handover, remove personal accounts and data, disable device locks and keep chargers or useful accessories together. We do not accept unsafe, swollen, account-locked or untestable equipment.

Back up anything you need, sign out of personal accounts, remove activation locks and erase personal data. Include the charger and tell us about every known fault.
Do the electronics need to work?
Yes. Devices must power on, be safe and be testable unless we have specifically agreed otherwise. We do not accept swollen batteries, locked devices or equipment with an unknown safety issue.
